Keltech, Inc., a fast paced, growing electronics manufacturer is currently seeking professionals for the following positions:

Soldering Instructor

 Responsibilities will include:

Utilize classroom and hands-on processes to train personnel to solder to IPC 610 class 3 standards

Maintain soldering training records.

Update and make improvements to training materials and methods.

Must be able to understand and interpret industry standards

Candidate requirements are: IPC 610 Class 3 certified solderer.  5+ years experience in an electronics manufacturing environment. Prefer 3 – 5 years soldering instruction experience.   Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Quality Assurance Supervisor:

Responsibilities will include:

Supervision of the inspection team

Management of work flow to meet production needs

Train and make improvements where needed.

Must be able to understand and interpret industry standards.

Candidate requirements are: minimum three years quality/manufacturing experience (electronics preferred), supervisory experience required, knowledge of IPC standards, quality inspection techniques and ability to read and understand technical documents.

Military Experience is a Plus.
